ACORN RESTAURANT OFFERS GREAT FOOD FOR THREE FOR UNDER $20

I recently came across the Acorn Restaurant just off the Trans Canada Highway in Lake George.

This establishment offers traditional New Brunswick favourites from large portions of pancakes to burgers and fries.

I made a visit for breakfast with my family this past Saturday and we were not disappointed.

My pancakes had great flavbur with an excellent texture and went very well with blueberries and sausage. It was better than my mother used to make pancakes.

My wife had eggs, homefries and sausage. She told me her dish hit the spot with excellent flavour and a very nice rosemary seasoning on the homefries.

My daughter was also happy with her pancakes and berries.

One of the best things about this meal is that it cost the same as if we had visited McDonald's or any other fast-food place. It was under $20. I guess I should not have been surprised to see the restaurant full that morning.

The Acorn Restaurant was a great find and a place my family and I will definitely visit again. This restaurant also shows that there are many wonderful restaurants in New Brunswick where you can find great find at a great price.
