Bringing all the housing numbers together reveals trends and opportunities

Housing Starts, MLS® sales and Rental Market Reports may be combined to reveal current housing trends and opportunities. This year housing trends are lower in New Brunswick.

  • Lower single housing starts (but not multiples).
  • Lower MLS® sales (but not in every area).
  • Lower rental vacancy rates (again not in every area).

Here are links to three current reports with graphics to illustrate 2009 housing trends in New Brunswick.
