New Brunswick Real Estate Sales Still Trending Lower

At the halfway point of the year, the total number of reported MLS® sales in our Province is down for the second year in a row . From a record high in 2007, residential units sold fell 7.9% in 2008 and are now down a futher 13.6% in 2009.

Funny in Oromocto over half the homes on my street sold for 20G more than last year!
