RSS Licensing Agreement
This RSS Licensing Agreement, herein referred to as the "Agreement", is a supplement to the CE Network Terms of Use and together with our Privacy Policy govern our partners and CanadaEast Interactive's relationship with you in relation to this website and RSS feeds. Please read them carefully.
By accessing a RSS feed from any CE Network site you indicate to us that you have read and agreed to this agreement in its entirety.
You are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access CE Network RSS feeds via a web or software based RSS reader for the purpose of your sole use.
You are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to incorporate a CE Network RSS feed as part of a personal web site as owned and operated by you without monetary gain. RSS feeds appearing on any personal web site must be clearly credited to CanadaEast.
All rights licensed to You under this Agreement, including but not limited to graphics, icons, trade names, and trademarks remain the property of CanadaEast Interactive or its licensors. These limited rights shall be automatically and immediately revoked upon termination of this Agreement.
This agreement does not constitute any granting of rights for use of any of CE Network logos, trade names or trademarks.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between You and CE Network. You are not authorized to represent CE Network to third parties in any manner. You agree not to make any statement that might reasonably be misinterpreted by a third party as indicating the existence of such a relationship.
CE Network maintains the right to terminate or modify this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting of notice online.
