A Mazerolle Settlement man accused of domestic violence was held in custody Wednesday for a bail hearing.

Crown prosecutor Hilary Drain objected to the release of Glenwood Joseph Tompkins, 44, of 348 Mazerolle Settlement Rd.

He faces Jan. 5 charges of assault and mischief causing damage and three subsequent breaches of an undertaking.

Judge Denis Lordon ordered that Tompkins be held until a bail hearing set for this afternoon.
