
Officers support cancer society

The Fredericton Police Force will hold a Cops for Cancer event Jan. 17 at the Brookside Mall in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.
Police officers will have their heads shaved to raise money and awareness for cancer research. The event will take place between 2-4 p.m.
Police officers will be seeking pledges to sponsor them in this event.
Members of the public can make donations at the following locations during regular business hours: the police station at 311 Queen St.; the police office at 643 McLeod Hill Ave.; the northside office at 30 Hughes St.; and the Canadian Cancer Society office at 346 Queen St.
