What: A Brush of Hope

Information: The local branch of The Kidney Foundation is holding A Brush of Hope to raise funds for kidney research. This involves an eBay auction of a wide range of artwork created by actors, musicians, athletes and media personalities from across the country. The 10-day auction runs from Nov. 5-15. It will kick off with a gala evening at the Delta on Nov. 5 at 7:30 p.m., featuring the music talent of Mandy Silk and Overdrive, as well as a silent and live auction. Tickets to the gala event are $20.
