Clint Simmons had the hot hand in city and district men's intermediate basketball league action Monday night.

Simmons had 30 points and Ken Anderson added 15 more leading the Shoppers Drug Mart Crazy Canucks over the SkillSoft Thunder 64-61 in one of two games played in the league.

Mike Flemming had 15 points in a losing cause with Maurice Aube adding 12 more.

The other game saw Team Augustine defeat Gagetown Warriors 70-60. No scoring details were provided.
