Rio – compact, practical and fuel-efficient. All the hallmarks of a sporty but economic car are there in the new Rio for 2010. We’ve got all the basics covered, and then some too. And you’ll be pleasantly surprised with all of the new extras we’ve added – at virtually no extra cost! 2010 Rio5 The new 2010 Rio5 was designed with your active lifestyle in mind; every time you slide behind the wheel it kind of puts a smile on your face. From its quick, 1.6-litre, 110- horsepower engine the Rio5 delivers crisp, responsive performance every time. Available 15” alloy wheels adds just a bit more zip to its look; definitely enough to make the competition take a second glance.

Rio’s attractive, contemporary style won’t embarrass the kids but with just a bit of conservative fashion Mom and Day won’t have a problem taking it out to the mall either.

Driving in most kinds of weather won’t be a problem, with Rio 5’s wide stable stance – thanks to the wheels planted at the corners of the vehicle. And while taking those wide turns smoothly you won’t find your passengers squeezed into one corner.

Macpherson struts and torsion beam suspension adds to a stable, firm suspension, especially when driving on those sometimes bumpy roads.

Whether you’re hauling sports equipment, all of that stuff for the kids, or suitcases for that great weekend get-away, the big practical rear hatch and flat-folding rear seats give you plenty of space when you need it most.

Compact and fuel efficient, Rio5 lets you enjoy the feel of class at a more affordable price. And for comfort and convenience, Rio5 is at the head of pack too: including available air conditioning, heated front seats and remote keyless entry plus standard hand-free Bluetooth® cell phone capability.

No doubt about it; Rio5 spells fun combined with comfort and practicality.

2010 Rio 10 This is one sharp car, what with it’s roomy four-door comfort, easyhandling capacity and basic features which are way beyond the norm.

Of course we’ve included the basic stuff: AM/FM/CD/MP3 audio system with iPod®-friendly auxiliary and USB ports, and standard hands-free Bluetooth® cell phone capability.

But there’s also the revamped 1.6 litre engine with its 5.6L/100 km highway-economy rating. Just wave at all the gas stations you’ll be passing by as you head on down the highway! Kia has added some great changes to its all-new 2010 Rio, including front and rear bumper design, the new Kia family ”Tiger” style radiator grill, black bezeled front headlamps, and body-coloured side mouldings. The steering wheel has a new sportier design, the manual gear shift has been changed to luxurious leather and duel power outlets have been applied to the front centre console.

The 2010 models also feature automatic cruise control available on mid and top trims such as on our sport models, new 15”alloy wheel design (standard on EX-Sport) and the new ECO-minder indicator (on automatic transmissions only).

Kia is excited about its new line-up for this year. Truly a fun-to-drive vehicle; that’s the 2010 Rio.
